We have a 24 hour window for emergencies only. Your therapist has committed their time to be here for you at your scheduled time, we expect the same courtesy from our clients.
If you find you need to cancel or re-schedule your appointment less than 24 hours before your appointment, you are expected to pay in full for that missed appointment, Unless we are able to fill your appointment.
Industry Standard Hour
We have based our prices and practice on the Industry Hour Massage Length. This gives us the ability to serve more people and offer a very competitive pricing structure.
We will commit to giving you your entire massage time if you arrive on time to your appointment, even if your therapist happens to be running a little behind.
