Our bodies are comprised of magnificent healing systems! These systems are complex and interconnected, yet inherent within each of us is a blueprint of wholeness — a formula or code which guides us to our perfect “self.” This incredible blueprint is what we call the normal line of health, and it is the essential key to our ability to thrive!

Restorative foot zoning is a powerful, yet simple and noninvasive technique that activates our normal line of health. Literally hundreds of pressure points — inherent signals in our feet — work together like a “switchboard.”  Restorative foot zoning “switches on” the entire blueprint of the body down to the cellular level. The blueprint, once activated, sends healing information in the form of electromagnetic impulses throughout the entire body, bringing physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual balance.

Some Common Questions

What to Expect

After a session of foot zoning, most people feel relaxed and empowered. They may also feel revived or very tired. Don’t worry if you feel exhausted-that’s natural. It’s your body telling you to go to sleep. The body heals itself as it sleeps, and if you feel tired after a foot zone session, you need to allow your body time to relax and rebuild.

We are licensed

It is vital that a Certified Zone Therapist administers foot zone therapy treatment. There is so much more that happens during a session than you even realize. Practitioner experience and knowledge are essential to achieving the full mental, emotional and physical benefits.

What is Footzoning?

Foot zone technique treats your body in the entirety. It doesn’t address specific disease or issues but balances the body to bring it to a state of homeostasis. Foot zone therapists do not heal your woes directly, but there have been remarkable results that happened during and after a session. Clients have experienced headache relief, back pain reprieve, plus digestive and sleep disorders disappear. Clients have felt depression lighten, autoimmune diseases ease up, and stress calmed.

Not Just for Feet

Foot zone therapy means information is sent to the brain and the brain makes the corrections to your entire health system. Zone therapy is a signal or electromagnetic system instead of a reflex system, and it treats the body holistically rather than symptomatically. When you go through foot zone therapy, your body is treated in its entirety. There are no partial zone therapy treatments advised or recommended.

How long is it?

Your first-foot zone session could take between 45 to 60 minutes, and subsequent sessions may take about 40 to 45 minutes. The size of your feet influences the time it takes to open the signals on your feet.

The best foot zone techniques take time. These techniques work with the body’s intelligence and allow the body to do what it can when it can.

Foot Zoning

Foot Zone Therapy is a method of treating the physical, mental, energetic and emotional features of the body by using a specific manipulation of the nerves located on the feet. Each nerve signals the brain to make change at the corresponding area—muscle, bone, joint, organ, or system. A complete zone communicates to every cell in the body. The zone encourages the cells to regenerate from their abnormal state to their original healthy state, bringing the body back into balance at the cellular level.
